What has happened to this office. Impossible to get a appt- procedure itself was rushed - felt like an assembly line. I long for Dr. Hargreaves.

Dr Cohn responds same day and makes sure to address my concerns. I've never felt that she was hand-waving or pushing me off to a later date, and she always manages to make solutions happen when I need them. It's made a huge difference for me and I'll stick with her as long as I can.

I've been treated for Crohn's Disease for two decades, and in that time I learned that the best doctors are those who respond to you and address your concerns promptly. Dr Cohn addresses my concerns same day and I never feel like she's hand-waving my issues or pushing them off. Truly an excellent doctor that I will stick with as long as possible.

Dr. Susie Ng (Cohen) has been an excellent gastroenterologist, coordinating and overseeing my ongoing Entyvio infusion treatment with great competence. She is always very responsive to any questions that I have had.

The office is professional and prompt. Receptionists were warm and welcoming as well as knowledgeable. Dr. Susie Ng was patient and present. She asked and answered questions thoroughly and did not rush the visit. She made you and your concern her immediate concern. Wonderful experience.
