She spent plenty of time going over the situation and asking more questions to gain a better understanding of the case. She double checked measurements and gave insight related to our situation. Very helpful.

I preferred the male doctor who was with Dr. Ching I didn't get his name but he was tall mid 30's dark hair he stayed and really explained things more than Dr. Ching did, I also had a problem of hearing and understanding her.

She did not seem to care about me at all. Barely spent any time in the room. The nurse did everything.

Took my son to Dr Lin’s on November 15, 2017. He is a chemo patient and had broken two teeth. The Dr said they would work on a prior approval to see if insurance would help pay for the treatment. Was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks to hear about the prior approval. Went back to the office to check on the prior on December 14, nothing had been done. The office never tried to get approval. Got a call today Dec 29, 2017 to set up a treatment plan and it will cost almost $600 to remove 2 teeth.

She is no longer practicing in Lebanon. Not sure where she went. I was told she is no longer practicing.
