Dr. Suvy Kuriakose, MD

I have been going to Dr. K office for the past 3 years. In that time no matter what I go to see her, the only thing she does is to listen to my heart. Things that are required when having a physical, such as bloodwork, urine test never was done. I however did get my letter for my emotional support for my furry babies. I saw Dr. K three days before my flight to get an updated letter and she refused to write a letter although that was the only thing she had done for me. It was to late to get established with another doctor so I didn't go to my home town, which was extremely important as my veterinarian doctor is not in Florida. My furry baby almost 17 years old, went to the Angel's because of POOR VETERINARIAN DOCTORS HERE IN FLORIDA. Had I made it to his appointment back home, his vet would of saved him. My insurance has been ripped off, paying for office visits. I thought I was having a heart attack called the office and the response was the doctor can not see you till the end… of the week. If I needed medical attention I had to go to the emergency room or walk in .

Love Dr K... and that’s the only reason I am still there. Staff are incompetent. Her medical assistant is terrible. Every time I need a refill, I wait for many many many days before I get it. I’m not talking 48 hours, but at minimum 4 days. They require the pharmacy to do the refill requests and EVERY time it is some sort of problem on the medical assistance side. She gets them, then they sit with her? I don’t know what is the hold up. I write this being dizzy because I am still waiting for my refill from 5 days ago. So, if you by any chance are on medications to keep you alive, I’d suggest going elsewhere. Unreal.

Lovely staff and very thorough service. Very professional and fantastic customer service. Dr Suvy Kuriakose is extremely well educated and very caring. This entire group is providing exceptional patient care. I met my doctors assistant, Carla. She is a beautiful, always smiley, friendly and very helpful young lady. Dr. Kuriakose is wonderful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her. Made me feel comfortable and I left feeling like I finally found a doctor and staff that actually listened and cared sincerely. Highly recommended!

Dr. Kuriakose is serviceable, but getting through to her requires wandering the labyrinth that is the incompetent, willfully terrible office staff. Calls are never returned, concerns are never addressed, and I have never had an appointment begin on time. But this is the medical field, where there is no accountability and the patient is subject to going to whatever moronic office the insurance company points them to. Find a different doctor's office - because there's no way they are all as bad as this one.

I have been a patient for several years when call, phone calls are never returned called for two weeks never returned a call. Staff is very cold and shows no concern for a persons health.

The doctors are wonderful. Sadly the office staff are not professional or reliable. Hippa violations are unacceptable.

Dr Kuriakose acted like I was a boring inconvenience to her on first visit. She and her PA are impossible to reach on the phone and when I ran out of my prescription for thyroid medicine it was impossible to get a timely appointment for a refill. I called daily for a week with no call back. On the day I ran out, I called again and was told that even though my bloodwork was fine, they had no openings and I could go without my med for a week or so. Obviously they do not care about patient health

I like the fact that this office handles all women care. She is usually very nice and always answers all of your questions. You never feel rushed with her and she does address all of your concerns. I think she could pay more attention to your health status than she does. Over all she is okay. But the staffs are rude, disrespectful and cold. You can never get an appointment on a timely matter. It is either this doctor or her staff does not like to work or she is too popular. Getting an appointment is like pulling teeth. If you are not feeling well and want to see her like within that same week, good luck. It takes about a month to get on her schedule. I have a doctor but if feel like the emergency room is more like my primary physician. I like her as my doctor but I dread dealing with her staffs.

I agree this doctor is not knowledgeable she didn't listen to any my concerns or problems. Told me to take vitimin C and come back in a month. When I returned 2 weeks later with the same problems she stood there scatching her head asking: "what the happened" Never going back she needs more schooling!!!! Found much better Doctor. Run, Run, like heck away from this disaster!!!
