Very poor customer service. Instead of having a PA assist her with patients, she requires you to wait 1 to 4 hours in a crowded waiting room before being seen which is absurd. Comes across as doing you a favor when asked to acknowledge Americans with disabilities Act. Way too long and far-out wait times to get an appointment. I have a very painful and itchy skin condition that she continues to disregard without providing any topical ointment or any other medications for critical relief. When I requested this I was ignored and told to make a 3rd appointment to discuss with her when that should not be required by further inconveniencing the patient, and should have been addressed during my first appointment. The patient portal they have for records, test results etc use is outdated and doesn't allow you to access via your cellphone, only a laptop. Since my serious and painful condition is still left untreated after 2 appointments, I'd prefer to contact my primary physician and… request a new referral to a different dermatologist. I'm done dealing with this office.

They purposely over book appointments. They have three appointments per timeslot. If you are in the later appointment you most likely will get bumped. when you set a new appointment they are a month out. If you don’t like being bumped for the second time they will give you the number to find a different referral when they know that I do only ones that take your insurance and so the abuse continues. It’s a shame how they treated us They don’t care.
