She, who I won’t address as doctor due to her poor professionalism and interpersonal skills that defines good and practical respect of the person she was testing. Yusal accused my husband of lingering because he wanted social security disability. My husband was referred to her by his neurologist due to a stroke, but he made it clear that he was already receiving disability payments because he is legally blind. Yusal’s demeanor is that of a cynical misanthrope. My husband had another stroke e following yeas with even more extensive damage.

Misdiagnosis. Improper use of psycho educational evaluation. If she had done proper background check, she would have identified numerous elements that impacted the testing and made it invalid. My parent's condition was missed by her. She said Alzheimers and it was Parkinsons. Physical Therapist and doctor at another facility (away from phelps where uysal is) easily noted parents ability to learn and follow instructions....so not Alzheimers...and stiff gait when walking. Waste my time.
