Dr. Suzana Emil Morgan, MD

She may be a good doctor, BUT . . . Her office hours are: Tuesday 8:30AM–4PM Wednesday Closed Thursday 8:30AM–4PM Friday 8:30AM–1PM Saturday Closed Sunday Closed Monday Closed AND... the phone takes no messages when the ofice is closed!!! No covering physician. NO PATIENT PORTAL! You are just out of luck other than those limited windows!!can't leave a message to confirm or cancel an ppt. Nothing! When I spoke to her about this she told me I should go to urgent care if I can't reach her!! This is unacceptable. Doesn't work for me.

Dr Morgan is wonderful. Her shots are amazingly painless. Her positiveness about everything is contagious, especially when every part of your body is hurting.

I wouldn’t recommend my enemy to see this doc

I called the BRIER HILL COURT, A 2, East Brunswick, NJ 08816 (732) 613-5005 The girl who answered the phone was clueless. She was no help and didn't even suggest I talk to someone who knew what they were doing. This is not a way to conduct a business. I really like this Dr. but she doesn't take my insurance anymore. The clueless girl couldn't help me with a referral to another doctor or anything. How is this girl even working there. Unfortunately I feel sorry for Dr. Morgan because she is a great Dr. and her office staff is clueless.

First off, I would like to say that Dr. Morgan is a wonderful doctor. I would have given her 4 stars had it not been for the terrible experiences at her RWJ office. 1) Try getting a live human being on the phone over there and you will be waiting for a while. There's never anyone around to answer the phones! You cannot make an appt. , and if you're having an emergency, forget it! You just might get a call back in the next day or two though! 2)Staff is extremely rude! I had called in an emergency bc I couldn't Open and close my hand and I didn't know what to do. I was in a lot of pain and my hand was very red and swollen. I have small children and needed my doctor's advice as to what to do. The nurse asked me "What do you want the Dr. to do for you?" In a very rude tone. I started to cry! I felt helpless! 3)Dr. Morgan was assigned to me because my other Rheumatologist LEFT the office and did not inform me! Neither dis the office staff until it was time for my follow up! I'm glad, now… that Dr. Morgan was assigned to me, bc she is a great Dr. I'm following her to her private practice and will never ever go back to RWJ!
