Dr. Suzana Sarac-Leonard, MD

My husband and I went to Dr Leonard for about 6 yrs.She was kind, caring during that time. When she came to UH Streetsboro her attitude changed.She was in out rm , spending very lil time with us. She refused to properly treat 2 issues, I had., and even worst did not treat my husband's low sodium, The next 2 yrs even more change, her attitude completely different when we first met her.The lady that did her call backs, rude, unprofessional and always banged the ph down when returning calls, she has no business working in medical office!! We have since left and hv Fantastic drs. At the Cleveland Clinic, so caring, professionals!!I might add, got to the problem solved regarding husband low sodium issue.I even referred Dr Leonard to friend when we first saw Dr Leonard at UH.Same thing, rude, not caring, no this person did nt stay either! I would never recommend Dr Leonard.There was also feedback coming from.the med center when I was there, NOT GOOD!!

She is very thorough.

I THANK GOD Almighty for such a compassionate Dr. who knows her craft! She listens well, and also allows you to be involved very much with your care, especially if you know your body, because not everyone does!? She is the #3 Doctor I've had in all my adult life! Because we should all have a doctor that knows their patients!! 5 Stars always! Thank you Dr. Leonard!!!!!

This whole health center is so unethical and dishonest, and just worries about cutting costs at the expense of the patient's health. The doctor is buying into these practices since it is the culture there. The practice manager seems to be calling the 'shots.' Stay away if you're looking for optimal health care. Your health will suffer. They all act in an unprofessional manner.

Dr. Leonard is a very caring doctor. I got all my questions answered and feel relieved since the visit. I only wish that the support staff would be more caring

Very moody individual, and takes no responsibility for what she prescribes to patient. Her time is moe valuable

Doctor is at bad facility. Things used to be much better. The culture has changed even her. This is very sad when at other facilities things were going much smoother and professional. I would not recommend this facility to no one, since it isonly if concerned with the costs and not the patient.

The best doctor I've ever been to. She defends her patients. I hope she practices for a long time, because it wouldn't be the same without such a caring doctor!

I've been going to Dr. Leonard for years and years. She is definitely the only Doctor who I feel comfortable with telling her all of my problems. She is so compassionate, a great listener, and really cares about helping her patients. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new doctor.
