Dr. Suzanne Joleen Cornwall, MD

I have come to the conclusion that a lack of initiative on the part of Dr. Cornwall delayed my recovery by at least 6 months. I was told by L&I that Dr. Cornwall did not explain what caused my injury (she knew the scope of my business and listened while I told her what I thought the injury was from, but she didn't listen and apply) therefore L&I rejected my claim. I have solid proof of this instance. The doctor's notes were not written to help L&I make a sound judgement therefore they rejected my claim to have surgery and correct my problem. I have worn a brace on my wrist since Oct. 2, 2018 and the thumb injury is getting worse. Please understand that I am really upset and do not wish this kind of treatment on any one of her clients. She was negligent in her paperwork which resulted in months of waiting for results which would not be available if I had not been proactive in my resolve. Dr. Cornwall has lost a customer, me and my family, because of this situation. I will also tell… others to NOT use her service. I will also submit my review to other social media.

I had been with Group Health for 30 years and had to change insurance company and Doctors. To say the least I was apprehensive to see a new physician. Dr. Cromwell and her support staff made me feel more comfortable and more at ease. Doctor Cromwell spent time patiently listening to ALL of my concerns and long medical history. What could have been a difficult appointment turned out to be a great experience.

A very nice lady, listened well. Was practical. Hard to get an appointment though
