Dr. Elton does a fantastic job. Very friendly and caring. Takes the time to discuss things and truly listens. I wouldn’t want anyone else to take care of the issues I have with my hands. Did a surgery on my right thumb and wrist. Once I rehabbed it was the first time in many years I could use my right hand without any pain. So thankful for her getting that fixed for me.

Carpal Tunnel on both hands. Dr.Elton was great from inital diagnosis to surgery.

As so many others have said, you are made to wait 2 hrs to be seen. Then when you do see her, she makes excused and constantly interrupts you when you are trying to tell her your history and where something hurts. Second time I have seen her sorry I gave her a 2nd chance! Near the end of this appt, I walked out since she was not giving me an option to give her a full description of what had transpired over the 8 months since I had initially seen her. After initial appt I contact her through the portal as she suggested THREE TIMES only to never receive a response! She may have gone to Mayo, but she doesn't act like any of the Mayo fellows I have been involved with a family member's neurology appts. Husband said he wouldn't have believed how I was treated if he hadn't been there himself. Now that Dr. McNamara as retired from KCBJ, I have washed my hands of this practice after issues with Dr. Elton as well as Dr. Bleazard. If you want Ortho treatment where they appreciate your… time and never have to wait more than 15 minutes then I suggest going to a Dickson Dively Dr. They are the best hands down. KCBJ who? As far as I am concerned this practice no longer exists!

I am a 73 year old retired lawyer who suffered from trigger fingers for years. I stopped playing golf, pickle ball, gardening and playing catch with my 4 grandsons. This spring Dr. Eldon operated on my hand and I could not be happier with the results. I have regained all my hobbies and activities that my hand condition prohibited for several years. She was excellent on the follow up appointments and I will always be thankful to her. I highly recommend Dr. Eldon and her staff to anyone.

Dr Elton is caring and concerned, friendly while maintaining professional and efficient standards of service.

I have been to see Dr. Elton numerous times, each time she is 45 minutes to 2 hours behind schedule. All other people in the waiting room waiting for her are angry and upset with this over the course of the year that I’ve been seeing her. Her and her staff need to value her patient’s time and schedule appointments appropriately, as this is a pattern that needs a fix.

Rude, made faces at me during visit, interupted me, would not listen to me... I beleive I failed to make her feel as superior as she needs her patients to do for her. Don't walk - RUN AWAY

She is a very good surgeon and has a fantastic bed side manner. However, don't let KCBJ Clinic steer you to a PA - insist on seeing the her, The Doctor. Both of my hands are great after her fine work. She is also a very caring and friendly doctor.
