Feeling so much stronger in my battle with anxiety after one month of CBT with Dr. Feinstein. She figured out all my anxious triggers and helped build my confidence socially and at work.

My family friend highly recommended Dr. Feinstein after she went through an incredibly difficult life trauma. I started seeing her a couple of months ago and have been extremely impressed with the strides I have been making in my overall mental health. I’m feeling calmer and more hopeful with every one of our sessions. Cannot recommend Dr. Feinstein highly enough. I had put off going to therapy due to the numerous stories from friends who had had to go to several different therapists before finding one they felt comfortable with. However, the first appointment I [finally] made was with Dr. Feinstein and from the first session I immediately connected with her. She is very perceptive and extremely well-versed at reading between the lines to uncover underlying and less obvious issues. Somehow she manages to make you feel completely comfortable and at-ease while at the same time gently pushing you into confronting uncomfortable topics, behaviors, habits, and emotions. She comes across as genuine and caring while maintaining professionalism ,and her expertise has been incredibly insightful and helpful to me. She's also been very accommodating to my erratic schedule and sometimes last minute requests for appointments.

My family noticed right away like within the first couple of weeks that I was much more positive and was handling stress much better. I feel significantly less moody and more hopeful about the future.

Love this doctor. She can flip my tears into laughter like no one else can. She’s taught me how to find humor in my scary thoughts. I feel so much better with her help.
