If you are used to poor treatment and quick visits then find another doc. She is always busy because she is good. Dr graham-hooker is very thorough and caring.

Dr. Graham was very thorough and made sure to actually diagnose my properly. I had been to 3 other doctors who never tested me for diabetes which had been my problem all along. She has a very frank bedside manner and is very smart. She really cares for her patients.

She was one of the most horrible doctor, I have ever come across. First of all, she cam in 30 minutes late. Secondly, she brought in a student. Thirdly, all she did was to tell me that my insurance does not pay for what I wanted to do! She did not even care to speak tome like a patient! Horrible horrible experience! Never ever would I go to see her or recommend any one to see her! Auburn University is a family! Why do we have such Doctors allowed to work at Auburn?

Doctor Graham-Hooker is one of the most uncaring Doctors I have been unfortunate enough to be seen by. As another reviewer said, she had a student in the room as she examined me/asked questions without even asking if it was okay. The student just sat there and stared at me the whole time making me feel VERY uncomfortable. Dr. Graham asked me a BUNCH of personal questions that really had nothing to do with why I was visiting her office (my insurance, did I have kids?, where did I work? was I married?, why did I come to THIS clinic on campus?, etc.). I felt like she was judging me, too! I told her what I thought was wrong with me, then she rudely tells me it couldn't possibly be that and THEN marks my chart saying that it WAS the condition I thought. This Dr. just has no bedside manners and no empathy for patients! After spending thousands of dollars to attend Auburn University, I would expect to be treated much better than this!

it was my first time to go see this doctor. as soon as she went inside the room where i was in, she introduced this student doctor without even asking me if she can have that student in the room. very unprofessional and she asked me about history and etc. i said i wanted to know my blood works, labs, cholesterol,uric acid, blood sugar basically general check up and she said that insurance will not pay for it if i went there just for that and there's nothing wrong with me. i was thinking how will i know if i will not get those labs and blood works? a lot of disease are asymptomatic and she was just judging me with just what i look. i've been going to the doctors from where i was before for a long time and this is the first time i heard this with this doctor. i will never go to this doctor. i'm not satisfied with the service.
