I have no complaints, I have 3 different drugs that I take, I am there a lot.

I switched from Walmart Pharmacy to Ingles Howard Gap and have been happy. I don't have to wait in long lines any more and the tech Kevin, is very pleasant and helpful. I'm glad I switched. And contrary to the one bad review they got, they do give the flu vaccine. I've gotten mine there for the past several years. They are not rude or incompetent either. Quite the opposite.

I usually have pharmacist John help me. Very knowledgeable, and friendly. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else

Whether you go inside, or use the the unfriendly window... the staff are the same! They all lack customer service skills! They act Stupid as far as your medicine interacting with something else, even taken at different times! Take with food or avoid dairy??? They don’t care!!! Ask your doctor, No!!!! You are as incompetent as the DELI staff, and I will never spend another penny at your pharmacy!!!!! Can’t give the vaccine for flu either!
