Dr. Suzanne Rogacz, MD

Dr Rogacz is professional. Meticulous. She answered all our questions and not only that, she allowed us to call my husband and answered his questions on speaker phone since he couldn't make that appointment. She took her time and even continued talking with us out in the hallway. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am that I was referred to her by our family physician. We had gone to see another endocrinologist before her, and he was awful. I think my daughter would have been in way worse condition if we had kept on with that guy. Dr. Rogacz was relentless in her pursuit of what was really going on with my kid. I am very happy with this doctor and we hope it will always be this way.

The office staff is horrendous. They are rude and unhelpful. They don't actually listen to you and make it nearly impossible to get an appointment despite being a patient for over a decade. They act like you're bothering them when it's their job. Dr. Rogacz herself is only slightly better. She's not actually mean like her staff, but she doesn't actually pay attention to you or what your concerns are. She only cares about numbers in blood work and spends most of the appointments talking about her latest vacation or bragging about her children. She's blown off my questions on several occasions. I'm sure she has lots of experience but I feel immediately invalidated walking through her door.

Finally a physician who listens and takes the appropriate tests to get accurate diagnosis. Thank you.

Dr Rogacz is a very caring and patient Doctor. She takes time to explain things and doesn't rush you out. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Rogacz for sure knows a lot and has a lot of experience, however with all her hands-on experience she made my case only worse. I have irregular periods because of PCOS and she gave me metformin to get periods more often, however it only made my periods completely go away and I was feeling very bad overall. I ended up going back to my old medications that I used to take way before Rogacz and they help me. Spent money on nothing - just to go back to what I've been taking before.

Dr Rogacz is an excellent doctor, she’s extremely knowledgeable in her area of expertise, and is very easy to relate to. Her staff have always been friendly and professional when I’ve been there. All said, Dr Rogacz is a great find!!!

Dr. Rogacz reaffirmed within me the belief that you can have highly intelligent AND humanistic doctors willing to work with you and provide clear medical communication of what is going on so that one without an MD can 'get it'. Felt rushed by the nurse but as soon as the doctor walked in I was immediately calmed by her presence. Never once did I feel pressured for time nor as I have felt in the past with other doctors while talking mid sentence the doctor making their way to the door. She takes her time. She listens. She is wonderful. She is worth the wait to see her for an appointment.

Do not see her. I was recommended to see her after having my thyroid was removed and she completely neglected me. I had to deplete my body of my natural thyroid hormone before a radio active iodine treatment and she told me that the synthroid I was on was suppose to make me feel absolutely normal and that I could proceed back to college. I was having an array of horrible symptoms and after sharing them with her she would just say, "Oh.. that's unusual" but never did anything to solve them! I had to drop out of school because I was passing out and endured an excruciating couple of months back home before my treatment, where I was at the point of immobility. Over a year later, I am longer seeing her and am doing well but I come to find out she neglected to prescribe me vital medication that everyone else going through that same treatment received except me. I could have died.
