She is a amazing doctor

I cannot describe in words how negative my experience was at Dr. Saenz's office. She would not meet with me because I was not 12 wks pregnant yet. Her staff could not find my records when I visited the office (any of the times that I went in). Her staff blamed it on someone being on vacation. My husband and I went in for an ultrasound at 10 weeks, and we were told by the tech that there was no longer a heartbeat. We were left in the room for 25 minutes alone and noone ever came in to talk with us about our loss or about how to proceed with the dead tissue inside me (I needed surgery which was later done by another doctor). I will never forget the unprofessional way that Dr. Saenz's office treated me during my loss. It will be in my mind forever - whenever I think about my baby. All I can say is thank goodness there are other doctors in northern Colorado who care about their patients and provide the professionalism that should be expected of anyone in the field of OB/GYN.

Dr. Saenz is wonderful. Great bedside manner and very easy to talk to.

I was induced with my son and did not realize that if I did not have him within a certain time frame I would have a different doctor. I checked in and I ended up with a really different doctor. She pushed her opinions on me and I was really hoping for someone more medical than holistic. Well thank god she went home and I got a new doctor at shift change. I was really scared and worried after the first doctor. The nurse said I would meet the other doctor (Dr. Saenz) when I went in to active labor. Well right after she had said that Dr. Saenz came in. I was really surprised. She is a gorgous woman in person and probably one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She stayed and talked to me for an hour and gave me all my options. Then when I went in to active labor the nurse called her and she came in even for the pushing not just the crowning. I guess instead of going home to her family she came in and actually stayed at the hospital until 3am. Keep in mind she could have gone home like… most doctors but she stayed because she knew just how scared I was with my first. She helped me push and let me decide whether or not I wanted help with delivery or if I wanted an episiotomy. She was amazing. I can not tell you what a wonderful experience she made the delivery. My son was born at 3am and she even came back that morning to check on me even though another doctor was on call and had also checked on me. I love Dr. Saenz and everyone that I have met that knows her adores her. I had seen many doctors throughout my pregnancy but this doctor surpased all of them by miles. She cares and she will do everything she can for her patients! I love her!!!!
