Dr Shaffer is really knowledgeable about new medications and very caring and pleasing personality. I honestly recommend to any new patient looking for doctor in OP area.

I honestly can't say anything negative. The Shaffer team works so well together , they are all on the same page from Check in to departure. Dr. Shaffer is one of the smartest people I have ever been around . She listens to you she provides feedback and will get your health turned around . Highly recommend this Dr.

Dr. Shaffer is thorough and takes time to discuss everything. I haven't ever felt like she didn't want to take the time to answer my questions. Always explains things in layman's terms and is very complete in her answers and explanations.

I have been to Dr Shaffers office 3 times for the last 2 years. I do believe in the decisions she make. Today I had a cyst removed from my scalp. Procedure went good, she answered all the questions I asked, showed me what the cyst was made out of by my request. Her nurses were pretty nice and were talking to me the whole time to insure everything is going good and I'm not passing out. The only con for me is the location - too far away from downtown MO.
