Dr Suzelle Luc

I have had my illness for over 15 years. Dr. Luc is currently my physician. She is the third Rheumatologist that I have had. She has been thorough in my exams. She finds things that I have dismissed because of the length of time I’ve had this illness. She listens , and hears what her patients have to say. She has my total and complete confidence that she has my best interest in her hands.

I waited three months for an appointment. They called and confirmed my appointment this morning and about 5 minutes ago, her office called me and cancelled my appointment stating they are no longer taking transfers. I asked when this became policy and was told as of last week. What a heartless person to do this. I was going because I need a second opinion and I am in pain every day. So I guess I will have to find someone with some bedside manners and empathy, because she doesn't have either.

Dr. Luc is very compassionate, caring, patient, and understanding. She is very informative of any and all issues her patients are dealing with. If she's not able to help, she will refer you to a specialist in the area of your need. I love her!

I had a diagnosis and was started on treatment within 2 visits. Very compassionate, listens to what I have to say, and communicates well with me in between appointments.

ALWAYS on time, ALWAYS answers every question. Dr. Luc makes sure you have evrything you need before you leave her office and tells you to call with any questions or problems you may have. My questions are always answered on the same day.

I saw Dr Luc for my peripheral arthritis secondary to Crohn's. I explained to her how I had taken prednisone, but due to an intolerance, I couldn't take it anymore. As I was telling her about a previous doctor, she told me that "doctors hate it when patients call them to tell them information." I am still in shock that she said that. The medication she prescribed gave me terrible side effects. I called the office and was told to stop the meds. Dr Luc then suggested that I take a medrol dose pack, which is basically more prednisone. I explained why I couldn't take that anymore. I was then told that I could either take the dose pack or call my PCP to find a new rheumatologist. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone.

She made me feel very comfortable she is a good doctor knows her stuff.

Dr. Luc is a gift from GOD. I found her after 5 years of being misdiagnosed, and could not walk due to RA. Immediately after my first visit I was on the mend.
