Dr. Suzette J Song, MD

I went to this Dr, to have a skiing injury looked at. She may be good at practicing medicine. However, I made the mistake of calling her by her first name. And she basically read me the Riot Act. Noting that I should show her the respect of all the schooling she had and call her DOCTOR SONG. Maybe so. But When I come to see her, I am hiring her. She should show me some respect too. Needless to say, I declined the order for an xray, left, and booked an appt with another provider.

Perhaps she has changed since 2003(?) and I hope so because she was rude and disrespectful to me. After having surgery on my right ankle, which she did a good job, when I returned for a checkup she stated that it was coming along great and the PT did a great job with range of motion. I said that I never went to PT. She freaked out, screaming at me and saying if she had known I wasn't going to do PT that she wouldn't have done the surgery. I suppose she must get a kickback from every patient that she sends to PT because why else would she have been so happy with the results until she learned I didn't go. Hmmm?

Couldn't ask for more. Professional. Personable. Great visit.

Dr. Song saw my 9 year old daughter on the same day I called in. Diagnosed as a small fracture in her foot and kept her out of activities 2 weeks, luckily not serious enough to require casting. Daughter is doing fine now, very pleased with care and she spoke to me in layman's terms and was very caring towards my daughter and spoke directly to her not just asking me questions. Would highly recommend Dr. Song!
