Dr. Svetlana V Hagan, MD

I did not feel she met my needs. Very disappointed. Had multiple problems with my insurance because of her ignorance. Example; got tests done to check my thyroid and she filled it under alopecia. I had to spend an hour on the phone with my insurance to straighten it out.

the only thing i dont like is that the answering machine doesnt give office hours...just states the office is not open and hangs up. i would love to know when to call back.

Dr. Hagan is a wonderful doctor who takes the time to listen to me and follows up to make sure her diagnosis and treatment plan are accurate

Dr Hagan is a joy, a veritable pleasure. there is very little wait time, the staff greet a person with sincerity and friendliness. dr hagan comes in the room and she pays attention to what is said. she takes time to listen which is a rarity. i am so very glad i found her
