Money Hungry. Could care less about his patients. Never spends time with them and does not explain anything.

I received a Monday appt. for what I believed to be a UTI after calling the previous Thursday. I showed up at 11am prompt for my appointment, at 11:30, I was told that Dr. Natov was running behind, but that I could see his wife instead. I agreed and gave a urine and blood sample. She called me back Wednesday saying that she needed another urine sample, and made a 12:30 appt on Thursday for me. At this point, I still haven't received any anti-biotics, even as a precautionary measure. After rearranging my day to make the 12:30 appt, turns out all I needed was to give another sample! Why did I need an appointment then? I would have just gone first thing in the morning rather than in the middle of the day. Getting even the simplest treatment is a chore, and the fact that he splits his time between different locations makes it even harder. If you are someone like me, who only needs to see a DR infrequently, then Dr. Natov, and his wife, are not for you!
