I saw Dr. Omraju yesterday after being sick in bed for six days. She wasn't the least bit interested in why I had been so sick and made no effort to find out what might be wrong. She exhibited no compassion at all, and I felt very rushed and that she wanted me out of there ASAP. Karen Thomas, who was wonderful, was my former doctor and now retired. Dr. Omraju will NOT become my primary care doctor now. In fact, I'm not even sure I will be staying with this practice.

Dr omraju is a good listener. Her examination is comprehensive. I am an obese woman with a severe spinal condition. I was treated with understanding and kindness. She referred me to an amazing program, the Roper Saint Francis Healthy Lifesyle program. The program addresses nutrition, dietary instruction, and healthy cardio and strength exercise. I am building core muscle and steadily losing weight the right way. She is an amazing internist.

Insulting regarding weight. She had my height at 5 ft but I am actually 5 ft 4 in. Do not recommend her and she misdiagnosed me.

Read her report on the patient portal a few days later and had to wonder who it was that she had met with, cause it surely wasn't me. Either she lies or can't keep her patients straight. Don't know which is worse at this point.
