I have been a patient since 2009. She takes the time to develop a relationship with her patients and is very thorough. Also has an excellent staff.

The amazing staff is great all of two people who do everything for this miserable doctor that does nothing but complain. She thinks her exam rooms are sound proof but she stands by the counter and runs her mouth about people negative non stop. I cant imagine what it is like working for her. She also tries to rip you off with her "in office products and has her front desk tell patients how much they need it" Probiotics 80 bucks prep kit that you can buy for 20 bucks at wal mart is 40 ROBBERY! Her prices are nuts and if you dont call and request your refund the office will NEVER let you know you have one.

Absolute worst doctor I've ever met in my life. Waited for over 3 hours, with no sign of the doctor and a bumbling nurse who would not give straight answers. When I left the room to use the restroom, the doctor stopped me and said that I was not allowed in the hallway. My mom came out to speak to the doctor, and the doctor told my mom it was not her problem and we should talk to the nurse, and then proceeded to slam the door in my mom's face. STAY AWAY, unless you like being treated like trash.

Next to my Hero, Dr. Timothy O., I absolutely love Dr. Bala! She helped relax me with her humor and reassurance. I truly enjoyed my initial visit with Dr. Bala, her staff is great too! I would recommend Dr. Bala to my family and friends.

I must say I was worried when I read reviews however I had a recommendation. This doctor really came through for me. Her staff is friendly but her nurse is AMAZING! Shes a wonderful cheery person that puts you at ease and you just leave there with a smile despite the reason you are there!!!. The doctor really took time to help me and is one of my trusted physicians now. GREAT JOB. Highly recommend.

Believe every negative comment you read! In my 15 plus years working in healthcare I have NEVER seen turnover in a practice like I saw in my time with this one because nurses, office managers, billers and receptionist could not tolerate her poor treatment of patients and employees and her questionable ethics.

horrible horrible person. She is very rude and mean. I was literally treated like a piece of sh***. She is so hateful and I mean how could you have such a miserable personality. You are making good money, have a nice office but don't let it fool you. Believe all the negative comments. Save your money and time. She is very mean and extremely hateful. I think she has dealt wit too many a** and have become one herself.
