Excellent staff! Dr. Jain is very knowledgeable and treats you like family.

I have worked with Dr. Jain for several years now. I first met when she was my emergency surgeon on giant ruptured ovarian cyst. I had a lot of internal bleeding and the pain was so intense I could barely breathe. Dr. Jain walked into the room, took my hand, and told me she was going to make me better. I changed her to my primary OBGYN right away. Dr. Jain is amazing. Every time I see her she remembers little things about me, my family, and how my (very tricky) body handles medications. I am a very difficult patient because I have severe Endometriosis and my body is hormone resistant, so many of the treatments that would normally be at available to me end up putting me in a lot of pain. Once or twice when I have had an appointment she gets called out unexpectedly for a surgery and we have to reschedule. When that happens I'm never annoyed - I feel so proud and grateful to have her as my doctor. She is an incredible surgeon and I know she is rushing out to save someone else - just… like she saved me.

Incompetent staff who are unable to return calls from both patient and pharmacy. Prescriptions are hard to read so pharmacist's wont give the prescription. Billing is done incorrectly, and patients are charged for procedures that are not actually performed, which takes months to clear up. The staff don't seem to even recognize or remember their patients at all, even when they have a computer in front of them. Many of the staff are difficult to understand because of their strong accents. Your appointment time doesn't actually reflect how long you'll be waiting, I have waited over an hour in the patient's room before, after a twenty minute wait in the lobby. Swati is a good, friendly doctor, but her office staff make returning here an impossibility.

I absolutely love this office. Dr. Jain is wonderful. She has a great bedside manner. The staff i great. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

She is excellent doctor. We are very much worried about my wife pregnancy because of it's criticality. But we are satisfied with her care and advice. She took personal care for my wife. Thanks to her and her staff. They are very nice and gentle.

Very prompt, pleasant, and friendly. I'm impressed by knowing Dr. Jain will put all office visits on hold if there is emergency/delivery taking place at one of her hospitals. I'm very happy with seeing her the past almost 3years.

Love Dr. Jain and hrr staff!!! Best. OB Dr. I've had since Dr. Larosa. So glad I went to her. She has one of the best bedside manners of any Dr. I've been too. Really great Dr.!!! I highly recommend her.

I loved this Obgyn throughout my pregnancy everyone was super friendly and helpful. ;)

She is not friendly. She told me I would never have a child. I left her office in tears. Luckily someone told me about southside OBGYN. I now have a baby!

This is by far the most rude doctors offices I have ever hear of or been too. The office woman was a completely rude witch. The wait was longer than any other doctors office I have ever been in. The doctor has a horrible language barrier and can not communicate easily. And on top of everything, they don't use computers to keep information, use there watches and fingures on your wrist to take your pulse, and when I wanted my paper work released they refused to give it to my doctor, made me sign a release for me to come back 10 days late, I came back 12 days later, and it was still not copied and I had to stand there and wait.
