I had a follow up appt for my colonoscopy scheduled for 10 am Monday morning. Got there at 9:50 am. There was a waiting room full of people so after sitting for 15 minutes and seeing that no one was called in, I inquired as to how much time I would have to wait for my appointment. the receptionist said it would be at least an hour. At that point I asked, so you would have let me sit here for an hour before saying anything to me. This is what is happening all over the place with Dr. offices. You schedule an appointment and then wait a ridiculous amount of time to get in. My time is as valuable as the Dr. To make someone wait over an hour is UNACCEPTABLE! Met the Dr. the day of the procedure. Seema like a nice guy but his office staff would let you rot while waiting to get in to see him. Ended up giving them my e-mail address to get my results and have the the Dr. call me with any concerns. Won't be going back to this office EVER!

Spent little time with pateint or family, didn't explain condition to patient or family, did not do any procedures that might've alleviated pateint suffering (Although scheduled to do basic procedure, didn't do) and very difficult to understand him . Very, very bad experience.

he ignored my father's MRI results for 4 months. Then, after 4 months he called and said your father has cancer. My father died 5 days later. my father would have been alive if he would have called the same week he did the MRI. too late
