have a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling and although I appreciate my therapist who works here, my experience with an overwhelming majority of the staff leaves me stunned by the level of incompetence by an organization that purports to care for mental health. I have currently been trying to get my medication refilled for 9 days now, and first began the process before I ran out. I have called and visited in person Carmel Psych more times than I can count in the last week to try to get my medication, as well as multiple trips to the pharmacy. I have been told by the staff at Carmel Psych that they made an error the first two times they called in my Rx. I have now been out of my medication for 3 days and I still cannot get anyone at Carmel Psych to give me an answer as to if or when I will be able to get a refill on the medication I’ve been taking for months. I did however get yelled at by the receptionist today. Thanks! This is medical negligence and Carmel… Psychological Associates don’t seem to be concerned that they’re liable should I suffer adverse effects from ceasing my medication cold turkey. I advise anyone in need of consistent, reliable psychiatric care to avoid this organization like the plague.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went in for genetic testing five weeks ago. I’ve called multiple times and asked for a return call. Haven’t heard from anyone at the office. Finally called the genetic testing facility today. Turns out dr Mouzon has been sitting on the results since 3 days after my initial visit. What a waste of my time and money. Stay away! I should have listened to all the horrible reviews on google and yelp.
