Dr. Sydney George Mccalla, MD

I’m the son of and 85y0 cancer patient of dr mccalla .he did breast surgery to my mother he hasn’t seen over a year .'every time he gives my mother and appt at1:00pm because he doesn’t see people before then ,and to make matters worst he don’t see her at all ..he sends a resident or np when i approach dr.mcccalla on the subject he tells me that a resident or np '¡lol are as good as him and that they are under his command that he doesn’t see Patients he only do surgery¡l¡lthe problem is that every time he sends them and my mother ask a question they go out to the hallway looking for him because they don’t know what to answer and this pattern is repeated all thru the visit constantly. all dr.mccalla does wait in the hallway with his hands in the pocket cracking jokes or on his cell phone i will make administration aware on this topic and all necessary channels ,because this dr. Has 39 years exp he is in a cancer unit 9-A and refusing to see patients ..it’s a bit scary and risky… specially with a dr.that supposed to treat and monitor cancer patients .

I had circumcised by Dr Mccalla 34 years ago it was a very good job he is a very good surgeon
