I recently visited the office and had a terrible experience. Not my first time as it’s been a couple of years since I had to see him again. Seeing him in the hospital he did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING told me to schedule a follow up appointment after I was released. Got to the office and it was a complete disaster. I don’t even know how the place continues to stay open or he is allowed to practice. A few years ago I had to go to the office and it was totally different. There was this young black lady working there and she was great. I believe the name was kaloni or something like that. She answered questions and if she didn’t have an answer she would go to the doctor herself to get the answers for you to better understand. She would spend the time with you to get all concerns you would have so that you could get answers. Get rid of Doc and the staff you currently have and get Kaloni in there! I’m pretty sure she is now at a office where she is appreciated. Don’t go to that office if you can… help it. What infectious Disease doctor has carpet in their office with all the diseases being transported inside. He really doesn’t even deserve one star.

Whole office is all over the place, from receptionist to doctor. Doctor had a "get in and get out" attitude, asked the same questions multiple times, and would cut off mid conversation to ask another question while previous question was being answered. Did not disinfect hands on arrival or leaving the room. Did not do a full lung/heart inspection as typically done with a doctor's visit. Receptionist/nurse assistant?...guess she is both, started smashing the keys on the laptop in the room because it wasn't working or something. MOLD IN THE CABINET AREA. Horrible communication. What medical office has carpet in treatment rooms? First and last visit. Dont waste your time, money, or insurance here.

Dr. Ali was very prompt in seeing me. Very good doctor, would recommend.

Completely useless. Cost me alot of money, unneeded hospital stay and I almost lost my job because of him.
