Dr. Syed Asif Raza Rizvi, MD

Never go here this place is aweful especially with the senior citizens. I believe some elderly abuse is going on this place financially. My parents will never step foot in this crooked office again!

For a 20 minute first time appointment there was over a two hour wait. There is only one doctor running this clinic. I wasn't able to speak much. We will see how today's appointment goes.

Although the doctor was polite and did not rush you out, his office staff has ultimately has me looking for a new doctor. Such poor service and follow through.

This doctor is very rude, unprofessional, hard to understand. He always has his back to you whilst on the computer. If you ask him a question he acts like it was the dumbest question ever asked. Waiting time is always over an hour. He doesn't have a receptionist at one of his locations and his staff at the Fayettville office are unqualified, rude, unprofessional and put you on hold for 15 mins or more if you all. Dr and his staff don't keep their word. Patients are not important to him just the money he keeps charging for senseless test. BEWARE!!!

Wait time too long!!!!

Dr. Rizvi takes the time to listen to you. He doesn't just treat the lab results as many doctors do. He treats you based one your exam, complaints, and labs. Waits are minimal.

Dr Rizvi is one of the best in his field. I know this from other doctors that don't work with him. I used to hate the long waits in the waiting room, but since the move to the new building on Roxie. I can't get through a good magazine article before getting called to the back. The staff is great, none better. Anna is his assistant (a PA I believe) and handles his cases when he is up in the RDU area. The staff is very friendly and gives you that "Cheers" feeling of comfort. He has a testing facility next door for convienyance instead of having to go to another facility for blood draws and such. Best experience I have had with civilian health care since retiring from the Army several years ago.

Support staff is horrible. Constant/inaccurate billing for same services/dates. Staff told another physician's office I was not their patient and had no medical records.

Best Doc I have met in this field

Waited 2 hours for my first appt, then three hours for my second. Does not communicate well - all the info I left with only came from questions that I asked.
