Dr. Syed Abbas Raza Gilani, MD

My last two visits to see Dr. Gilani I had to see his P.A. the first time I did not mind but with the second visit I was sure I would see him as I did not get to see him on my last visit. I know he was there as I saw him both times in his hallway. Todays visit did not go well as my appointment time was 9:30 AM. I was called back to a room fifteen minutes later my vital were taken by a nurse and I was told the P.A. would be right in as she was with another patience and I was next. After sitting there for forty-five minutes and not being seen [ I could hear laughing in the hallway] I had enough I opened the door and the P.A. was standing there talking with the nurse and laughing they looked at me as to say what are you doing. I explained to them that I had been there for a hour and had to go as I had another appointment to make. The P.A. turned to me and told me to make another appointment for another time I told her I don't think so. I have been very pleased with Dr. Gilani for… the past years that I have been under his care but I think if he knew of this last visit he would not be very happy with his staff maybe he does maybe not but my time is very valuable too. I will not be seeing Dr. Gilani again for this reason and I hope his patience will get better service than I did today.
