2 Star Full Review Below Kenisha was very helpful many times. She is knowledgeable, thorough and very caring and Mindy was kind. The receptionist…will call you ma’am so nothing personal there. I still don’t understand why some needed records from a specialist never made it back to this office not only for me but also another patient, ran into a similar issue. Did I call and bring it up? Yes, several times. I had gone for abdomen imaging showing more than a half a dozen kidney stones. I had been in pain and there was no follow up getting my records from a kidney stone surgery the year prior that was not a simple removal and had a stent for 10 days and an infection post surgery. Yes it was painful. Kidney stones are one of the worst pains one can have. This office gave a 2 week notice around the holidays that they were dropping my insurance and did not send a letter in the mail regarding this to patients. The pcp was rigid from day 1. He is much older than the online photo. He… did make my life more difficult on several occasions by letting me basically know without seeing a specialist first he would not refill a compounded medicine I had been on for years. I had to negotiate that I would see a specialist but could he write the r/x… Another r/x the pcp cut without even seeing me and when I mentioned it and left several messages I got no answer. When I asked in person his response was just go see a specialist and his advice to add a medication to what was already working. The pcp insulted the medical profession with strange idea’s he verbally mentioned on certain conditions, it made me feel very uncomfortable with him and mistrusting in him listening to his odd idea’s and his insulting of the intelligence of my Dr. that had passed on as well as my prior Dr. that had had closed his practice during covid. My Dr. that passed on graduated SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine & Biomedical Science. Where did you graduate? The office here…I have heard the staff making derogatory remarks about a patient behind the closed reception area glass window, appalling, unprofessional and alarming. I have never experienced that in any medical office. My last visit I waited over 1.5 hours in the exam room before being seen. I was dizzy when I had gotten there coming from the blood lab. I mentioned to him my arm was gushing blood as I was leaving the blood lab. He didn’t even look at. Most likely the lab tech missed and got my artery not a vein as it was clotted on purse and on my things in my purse and did not look the same. My arm was throbbing until 4 a.m. Just prior to the abrupt notice they were dropping my ins. I was asked to do an overwhelming amount of things one being blood labs. My blood work came back and there were quite a few panels that were in the high alert, red flag zone. No one called. I discovered that myself through an app My PTSD had heightened and no I can not recommend this pcp.

Very welcoming kind caring and smart. The office was so clean the front desk girls are so sweet. Sylvia is so nice and Katy so kind. Today I met with the nurse practitioner Kenisha she was unbelievably kind, smart and knowledgeable.
