dr.mobin is sensitive to my financial and life situation. he is a caring and helpful person.

I found Dr. Mobin and his personal nurse to be both unprofessional and uncaring. They do not return phone calls, they do not call prescriptions into the pharmacy after they said they would, and they do not update patient files. His nurse tried to give me a prescription for a medicine that was not approved by my insurance company. I explained that I called the doctor and got approved for another medicine and I would like to get a prescription for that medication. She informed me that this particular prescription came with a free coupon. I explained that the medication was new and that I'd rather get the medication the doctor prescribed for me. She told me that I could take the free medication "or give it back. Plenty of other people would love to have it". That proved to me that they were not concerned with my needs rather pushing certain medications on patients. I mailed Dr. Mobin a letter explaining this complaint along with other concerns. He has yet to respond. Before… seeing Dr. Mobin, please get a referral to another pulmonologist.
