Dr. Sylvia Ertel, MD

Dr. Ertel is a very amazing doctor, I never have any issues reaching the office or receiving a timely reply to any concern I may have. Any time someone mentions they’re looking for an OBGYN, I ALWAYS recommend Dr. Ertel and always will. She’s a gem and I’m extremely blessed to have her as a doctor.

I just love Dr. Ertel and her wonderful nurse, Patricia. Dr. Ertel has been my doctor through three pregnancies. She's intelligent, knowledgeable, a great listener, has fantastic bedside manner, and spends a lot of time with me at my appointments. She's always fit me when I was panicking about anything regarding my health. She has a very calming presence and with my personality, I need that. Patricia also is just the right amount of calm to keep me properly informed of my health and not freak me out about any of my worries and I think she has a sweet humor about her. I'm almost 40 and these two ladies are the most valuable medical personnel that I've ever had.

I just want you to know that whomever triage's your message center obviously doesn't place much importance in a perspective new patient searching out some information about your practice. It is frustrating enough to have a problem and even more frustrating to have to change physicians due to the constraints of this "Affordable Care " crap. It would've been nice to receive at least a return phone call. Yes, I know there is always the ER, but I'm sure they would've just advised me to follow up with a gynecologist.......which is all I was trying to do. Frustrating, to say the least.

Dr Ertle is such a kind, compassionate doctor. She was very thorough when explaining my diagnosis and following procedures. Appointments were quick and easy to schedule. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I really appreciated her taking the time to thoughtfully answer my questions and always following up with me promptly. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Ertel left the placenta in me after a C-Section. I was very sick for weeks. I switched doctors and received better care-still in the Community network.

My Wife recently had our first child and Dr. Ertel was amazing. She helped ease any concerns my wife had, my wife had a smooth c-section, and Dr Ertel was always willing to answer any questions we ever had. She is very personable, and I encourage everyone I know to go to her. She is very down to earth, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in the field. We both LOVE her!
