Dr. Sylvia Kristine Hollowell, MD

Dr. Hollowell is that rare doctor that takes the time to get to know you. She routinely answers all of my questions with a smile, I always feel better after my appointment with her. Thank you Dr. Hollowell

Patient care is poor, 5+hour wait time, patients are elderly and wait in the office for several hours, tools are not properly sterilized, drinking water is given to patients from the same sink the urine is disposed in, patients don't get prescriptions on time

Dr. Hollowell is a phenomenal doctor. It’s sad to see people write bad reviews based on their wait because it has nothing to do with the care she provides. She’s the most complete primary care physician. I’ve received the best care since she’s been my doctor.

Waited in the waiting room for three hours. Very unprofessional. No Rooms were ready . they still use paper files. They check vitals in the front office. Just very low class and outdated Dr office if you call it that.

Dr. Hollowell and the staff are great. Dr. Hollowell is very knowledgable. She goes the extra mile to help out her patients. Yes there is a wait because she is so detailed but it is well worth it. Her staff tries to stay on schedule. She gets to the bottom of everything. The staff will check up on you and make you feel like family.

Dr. Hollowell is a great doctor!! She is very detailed. There are no stones left unturned. She goes above and beyond for her patients. She goes over your test results with you and use pictures. She is also very compassionate. She will check up after a sick, ER, or hospitalization to see how you are doing. The staff are great and knowledgeable.

The wait time is unreal! While she is very personable, I've veen a patient for 3yrs and have never spent less than 6 hours there. Unreal. And the nurses/assistants are just like "oh well, thats Dr. Sylvia. And they nickel and dime u for everything. If u need forms filled out they not only charge u, u have to make a seperate appt to get the forms filled out.
