Dr. Sylvia Koo graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology from UCLA before moving to the East Coast in 2004 to start her dental education. After receiving her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Boston University in 2008, Dr. Koo has actively been pursuing her dental education by taking the latest continuing education courses in implant dentistry and cosmetic dentistry. Dr Koo is licensed to administer nitrous oxide, and her gentle, caring demeanor has a quite calming effect on any anxious patient. Dr. Koo is very passionate and proficient with treating patients of all ages and dental needs --extractions,crown & bridges, implant supported crowns, root canals, and dentures,as well as composite restorations.
