I am a License Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. In 2000, I graduated from the University of Texas at Brownsville with a Master of Education degree in Guidance and Counseling. I have over 20 years of counseling experience. I have worked with adolescents, but I am currently working primarily with adults experiencing anxiety, depression and grief.
I focus on helping adults using cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered, and solution focus therapy to help my clients find hope when they feel hopeless. Providing clients an opportunity for my clients to express themselves without judgment. …I will do my best to help clients work through issues inspiring and motivating them to be all they are capable of being.
