Dr. Sylvia Manalo Piezas, MD

I have seen Dr. Piezas numerous times. She is always so thorough which is why sometimes you may have to wait but it’s worth it as she gives you the time you need unlike other doctors who rush you out the door. My daughter had a rash for weeks that others played off as nothing but I knew as a mom it was something. I saw Dr. Piezas and she treated my child appropriately and now the rash has cleared up. My son sees this doctor for his sick and yearly visits. We just saw her for a rash and she was very thorough, she checked him from head to toe and addressed all of my concerns. She also always makes sure to keep up to date with his speech and school issues. I read a previous review about Qtips, Dr. Piezas has always told us NOT to use Qtips and just wet the ears and shakeout the water after swimming or showering. I would absolutely recommend this doctor to my friends.

Please do not ask for this dorctor in the group if you are a new patient. One of the worst doctor who does not follow the bare minimum guideline and used q-tip to remove wax from child's ear which doctors otherwise discourage even pArents to use on their kids. She barely did any physical examination on a well visit. Sh is a Always in a hurry and does not give any proper guidelines or recommendations. Every mother wants their child to be cared for appropriately by the Pediatrician.
