Dr Riedler is very empathic and is patient and kind. She did not rush the appointment at all.

Dr. Reidler is the best! She makes you do what you should do for your health. I have never had a better Dr.

I have been seeing Dr. Riedler for a few years now and unfortunately I can not recommend her. While she is attentive during appointments, she fails to return patient calls regarding urgent concerns. I had a bad reaction to a covid vaccine on Monday morning and called her office. After waiting 32 minutes, I was told a nurse would call me back after she spoke with Riedler. Well its Thursday, and I’m still waiting for that call. I’m better now but some medical advice, if not help, would have been nice.

I've been seeing Dr. Riedler for years and she is wonderful. I always have a pleasant experience and she always takes time to listen to my concerns. I really like the fact that she tries to do things naturally at first (ie. diet, exercise, lifestyle changes) and then turns to her medical knowledge, if needed. I feel like I can confide in her with about anything and she always has a compassionate ear. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great internal medicine doctor.

I have been going to her for years. Two years ago she gave me a diagnosis over the phone which I did not have. She was in the wrong patient chart. Recently, she was again talking to me about another condition but ended up she was not in the correct patient chart. She does not look at you in the visit because she is typing the entire time. The staff was just rude.

Office is very organized. I was promptly seem. But, I found she was not a good listener. She interrupted often, checked the phone and Left the room during the appointment. More concerning is that she was offended and condescending when I mentioned my desire for minimal intervention and medication. Seemed confident in her knowledge and point of view to the exclusion of considering mine. When I disagreed with her, the conversation was over. She said her patients call her a "pit bull" like that was something to be proud of. Being "right" seemed more important to her than being caring and compassionate to me. Not the partner in care I am looking for.
