Dr. Sylvia Dannelle Turullols, MD

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Sylvia. During my visit, she did not perform a thorough exam to properly evaluate my concerns. When I mentioned my symptoms, she quickly dismissed them, stating there was nothing she could do to help and that my issue wasn’t 'urgent care' related. On top of that, she insinuated that my problem was mental health-related, despite me providing multiple physical symptoms to explain the issue. Her unprofessionalism and lack of empathy were frustrating, and I felt completely dismissed. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone seeking a thoughtful and thorough evaluation.

She diagnosed me with cholelithiasis and referred me to get surgery. She is very thorough and kind.

I saw this doctor in an Urgent Care center while visiting Macon GA for a sporting event. This “doctor” poorly represents the profession and I would not recommend for anyone. She did not perform a thorough history of my acute medical issue. She did not perform a proper physical examination. She demonstrated a very limited medical knowledge base and displayed poor bedside manner. She essentially practices shotgun medicine without fully listening to patient complaints or developing a differential diagnosis base on symptomatology. Additionally, her treatment recommendations were not consistent with the standard of care. Although this may seem like an unfair assessment please pay attention to the details of this rating. I AM A LICENSED AND BOARD CERTIFIED PHYSICIAN who had the misfortune of being evaluated by this person while out of town. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I would have given zero stars if that were an option.
