Dr. Tabassum Azra Sabzwari, DO

This Dr is a waste of time and money. I think she has some attitude problem and does not want to listen to patients and their stories/cases. We would never visit this Dr.

This lady should be ashamed with herself and doesn’t deserve to be a doctor! She refused to prescribe my daughter birth control stating that she is not old enough or sexually active. We only came to see a gynecologist for the first time and start birth control because she wanted to start. This lady only cares about people having children and is all pro life! If you love your family don’t go to this sorry excuse of a doctor!

Dr. Sabzwari was asking me inappropriate personal questions not relevant to my visit. I was in for a breast exam and a pap smear. She was asking about my future plans for children. I told her that I do not plan to have children. She continued to ask me why and tell me that I should want to help the population of this country. I told her that it is my decision not to have children. She then asked me about my sexual history saying "do you have a boyfriend? Are you not having any sex?" I told her I have been in a relationship with a woman (same-sex relationship) for two years. She verbally scoffed at me, made a disgusted face, and then told me that i will probably be in next month as a pregnant patient. She completely disregarded my sexual orientation and told me that I will and should become pregnant. She asked several more times why I was not going to have babies, all while giving reasons why I should. I became visible annoyed and told her to stop telling me that I should have children.… I told her that it is not her right as my provider to tell me what to do with my body. I regret not telling her that disregarding a person's sexual orientation and scoffing is unacceptable. I deserve to be respected as a patient.

She is not understanding at all. From the moment she entered the eoom she had a bad attitude. For 5 minutes she gave me she proceeded to yell at me and was very condescending. She listened to my baby's heartbeat but didn't bother telling me what is going on. When you visit a Obgyn you want them to be sympathetic. Very arrogant doctor.

I left the office in tears. After telling the dr over and over of my symptoms and problems her response was idk what's causing you pain. Didn't plan for a follow up visit with me. So now have to collect all my results and proceed to another doctors office. If someone is telling you of problems and pains and you are the Doctor isn't it your job to try and come up with a solution. She could not be bothered with me what so ever, both times I went to this office over the last 40 days it took 50 mins after my appointment time to be seen.
