After making me wait for almost two hours in a waiting room where they don’t separate the sick from the well I was finally seen and I have never. Met a more incompetent doctor. Dr Tabassum Safri prescribed a z pack antibiotic. She failed to give me a paper script and failed to electronically send it to my pharmacy. When I went to pick up my script the pharmacy advised that the doctor did not send it in and I should call my doctor, she also said that if the doctor sent it to another Walmart that she would be able to see it in their computer, so I called. The doctor during business hours and was hung up on several times, then after 5:00pm the doctors answering service answered, I advised them of the problem and said that the on call doctor needed to call me within 15 mins. 30 mins later no return call so I called back and told the service that if the doctor did not return my call that I would dispute the charge with my insurance company and file a complaint with the GA medical board. … One hour later still no return call. At least his point it is 7:00pm on a Friday and the only option left was for me to find a urgent care facility.
