Tad D. Seifert, M.D., is an orthopedic sports medicine physician with Norton Orthopedic Institute. In addition to sports medicine, he specializes in headache medicine and neurology. Dr. Seifert earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City. He completed his internal medicine internship at the University of Louisville and his residency in neurology at the University of Texas–Houston. He then completed a fellowship in headache and facial pain at Houston Headache Clinic. Dr. Seifert cares for athletes of all ages and levels, from youth sports to professional leagues.
He serves as an unaffiliated neurotrauma consultant to the NFL’s Cleveland Browns, as well as NASCAR. He is the former chairman of the Kentucky Boxing & Wrestling Commission's medical advisory panel and a current board member of the National Headache Foundation.

The staff is awful and dishonest. They consistently screwed up scheduling needed tests and getting approval from insurance delaying care and treatment. They then lied about it.

My teen daughter has been under the care of Dr. Seifert for three years for migraines sustained after a sports concussion. He and his office staff have given excellent care in every respect. He has been open-minded and well informed on my numerous attempts to find any method of relief for my daughter's migraines, and is up-to-date on all of the current research in this field. I'm frankly surprised that there are any negative reviews with regard to Dr. Seifert. He came highly recommended to us by the school coaches as their sports concussion doctor of choice, and has lived up to his great reputation.

Don't understand the negative reviews on this site. My experience has been wonderful. I was near suicidal when I visited Dr. Seifert for the first time years ago. Now my headaches are manageable. He's a leader in his field and a very caring doctor.

I recently saw dr.sifert and he gave me an injection an had to try it over again because he said he put it in the wrong place.Its very scary this man is a doctor he does not know what he is doing.Please stay away from this doctor,run.His office keeps calling me to set an appointment very scary office!

This doctor misdiagnosed me twice and spent zero time with me.He has to find a new line of work because he can't keep enough patients happy obioviosly by multiple website review s.Not a caring doctor at all !!!!!!

Drthad .seifert really treated my mom Awful he missed diagnosed her an charged her way to much.she got worse under his care.would not respond to phone calls. Its been absolutely terriable dealing with this man.Im a nurse an he is the worst doctor I have ever come across.
