Sign on the door said $150 for routine physical. They billed $540. Insurance covered $220. So I'm left with a bill for more than twice the posted price. This place was not up to the standards of a typical doctors office. The bathroom literally had a shower in it with a sign that said, "if you make a mess of the bathroom, you will be billed for it." A used bar of soap sitting on the sink was the only option for washing my hands.The lady who administered the EKG did not say a word to me, spent 5 minutes reading the instruction manual, took 10 minutes for her to get the EKG attached to my chest, because she kept accidentally pulling the adhesive pieces off, and was sniffling back her runny nose while hovering over me the entire time.Dr. Taylor was in the room with me for 5 minutes, max. For this kind of treatment and overall experience, $150 even seems high....$540 is just absurd.

My spouse and I have been patients of Dr Taylor since 2006, seeing the doctor at least monthly. Dr Taylor has always been an excellent, knowledgeable and caring professional doctor. At times, we were very unhappy with his office manager (wife). She deserves all the bad comments presented on this web site. We haven't seen her in quite some time and believe she no longer associates herself with the office. During the past 18 months, the presence of most of Dr Taylor's clients created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. This can be confirmed by the security guard he had to hire. BUT ALL OF THAT HAS CHANGED NOW!!! Dr Taylor's medical staff is polite and very responsive to his patient's administrative requests. If you've left Dr Taylor's practise, please return. You won't be disappointed. Thank you for reading this.

Dr Taylor seemed okay, but his office staff manager (wife?)was a disaster. They made us pay in cash for the service and then refused to process the insurance claim. When we tried to process it ourself we were told the Doctor's office had to do it. After numerous calls and letters from my insurance company they process the claim, but they refused to re-imburse us for the overcharges. They finally paid us some of the overcharges that the insurance company didn't cover, but refused to re-imburse us for everything. Stay away from this doctor unless you want to get ripped off too.

Dr. Taylor saved my husbands life. Our pcp for 10 yrs ignored psa test results. Husband went to Dr. Taylor and he immediately sent him to wonderful urologist.I also saw Dr. Taylor until we moved to west Texas. Now mind you this occured the last 1/2 of 2006 and we moved Feb 2007.The office was ill run and nno one knew what to do or how to do it. Every time I went I gave them a lesson about what to do and how to do it.I am old business office employee of hospitals and dr's offices. Guess my help did not take. ins is easy to do if you take the time to set it up properly with the right soft ware.These reviews do not seem like the Dr. Taylor I knew. So sorry to see him come to this.I am not a racist as my heritage is Cajun, and Mrs Taylor was always nice to me but I have had bad with other Orenitals, Rude, always putting everybody down, braggarts about everything, literally run over you to beat you in the door of Lowes. I was using cane at that time.So sorry Dr. Taylor, what… happened to you?????????????????????????????????

Dr. Taylor and his nurse has always been extremely nice. However, the woman who I believe is his wife is and always has been incredibly rude. She seems only worried about money, I've never went in there without money or insurance and all of a sudden she stops several big insurance providers because she just doesn't want to accept it any longer.

Dr. Taylor was my husband's Dr. My husband has pancreatic cancer. It would take several phone calls to his office to follow up transfers to specialists (oncologists, surgeons, etc.). There was never a sense of urgency on the part of the staff. What did us in was last March, when we needed a transfer for a consultation with oncologists at MD Anderson. The appointment was set, but Dr. Taylor refused the transfer, he wanted to see my husband first in his office. Take his blood pressure, chat with him, and charge his fee..In short, did nothing that would advance or benefit his care or treatment. We not only had to set up another appointment with MD Anderson, which took weeks, but also the second appointment was not at a convenient time and made me lose work days. An unnecessary hassle and stress during an already stressful time in our lives. Can't help thinking his first priority was not his patient but his pocketbook.

even will almost double the price if they are billing to your insurance.I would only trust this guy with refills from a more experienced physician. His clientele appear to be like homeless looking people, or bad-off drug addicted ppls. Has an oriental office manager that dogs out the other employees, it is really sad. For myself, once was too many times, he is skitzed out and paranoid acting. Do some research, has never lasted at any office address for long. He has a Phd but I don't think he is a graduated physician, cannot write triple script Rx's without another physician.

That is the most horrible doctors office to do ex tern at .The office manger Jean Taylor is very rude to patients and office staff!! She grabbed me by my arm very hard and bruised my arm .She was suppose to be teaching me i just graduated school .Instead of talking with me and letting me know how things are done she was very Hostile,unprofessional and constantly down grading towards office staff and also ex terns she has contracted to train and show how a doctor office is ran!!I as never trained due to short staff and no time to due so .There are-two employees one in back and one in front office and an ex tern .I was filing the whole first week and was told to just watch i did so but was told to keep filing files.an office person in front left on personal leave and no one but me was in front i had not been trained on computer system she yelled numerous times at me in front of Pt's and at Pt's she was over charging pt with bogus charges and telling patients they have to come in every… month due to no more refills on medicines to much paper work and Dr .Taylor has to survive. she numerous time told me i was stupid i should already know how to do it! Did go to school and told a patient older people does not know how to work computers and younger people does not know how to do paperwork !! she grabbed me because she was very angry because a new pt came office and i was checking someone out and bruised me i ask to speak with doctor she made me take a drug test and told me he did not have time or care to speak with me !! Student,patients and/or job seekers be careful with the office manger she is very abusive,mentally and physically and has no care for neither patients nor staff i left due to the treatment And Jean Taylor says "IF PATIENTS ARE NOT HAPPY TO BAD THEY CAN GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR SHE DOES NOT CARE AND NEW PATIENTSALSO CASH PATIENTS ARE MORE IMPORTANT GIVE THEM APPOINTMENTS ALWAYS !!! Also check all your charges after visit she make new policies and charges per patients !!
