I love this office I have been a patient for over 9 year's

Some of the office staff are not knowledgeable, nor familiar with insurance rules. A staff member entered false information into the record. I pointed it out. After I complained, the office manager tried her best to justify it and tried to make the rules fit the lie. Listen, business people, 'When there are concrete rules and facts, you can't arbitrarily change them to fit your situation! AND, you can never make the truth into a lie. It just won't work. Don't lie people. Just tell the truth, apologize, and fix your faux pas.' Trying to cover your lies only makes matters worse! Sheesh! No problem with the Doctor. But some of his staff.............are a mess!!! Jordan is amazing though! She is extremely nice!

Have been with this Dr. for over 2+ years. Dr. E, spends lots of time with you discussing your concerns and as well as your medical history without comprising the other appointments. He shows his concern and is ready and willing to see you at any given moment. He is very well mannered and his staff shows the same kindness and courteousness. When I thought all others had failed me, he showed otherwise. He kept on going until he figured out what was wrong with me and has been treating me since. I would not see any other medical doctor. Highly recommended if your looking for an Excellent primary care doctor.
