Awful. I changed my PCP, so that it would reflect this individual as my PCP. On the day of the visit, I was advised that they were not able to check on my insurance. I said to the receptionist that I contacted the insurance and it was all set. She asked for co-payment and I paid. When I entered the office Ms. Qureshi came in, sat down, and asked me what was the reason for my visit, so I answered. She didn’t get up to check up on me at all and then her demeanor changed when she asked me for my insurance card. She said that she wasn’t my PCP because her name was not on the card and that I needed to pay for the full visit. Is she so clueless, I just made the change, does she think that her name would appear magically on the card? What concerned me the most was that she prescribed me a cocktail of medications, which some do interact with each other. She is so incompetent. I am disputing the charge and I am going to give her a horrible review in every medical site I find.
