Dr. Kwok has literally ruined my life. So many prescriptions. Ruined my mind, body and soul. He cost me my health, my family and my career. Prescribed pills over and over for years. Then when questions come up, he states, "I told you that you should not take them". But yet all were at his suggestion and prescribing hand. I despise you sir!! You took my life.

Do NOT see this doctor unless you want to be on loads of pills and want to stay sick. Nursing staff are rude! I found a new doctor and they told me i dont need all the pills i was on. Finally i am on my way to recovery no thanks to Kwok. The good reviews on here are people that work in the office. They like to think they are wonderful but they are NOT!

This doctor is caring, smart, humorous, friendly, and very intelligent. He is a great doctor.

Do not waste your time you will get pills you dont need

This doctor and his staff are mentally competent! Would not listen to anything i had to say. Could not answer my Questions. Wanted me on a ton of prescription drugs. Treats the elderly like they are stupid! This Guy is a waste of time! STAY AWAY!!!!!

First I want to say this is not about Dr. Kwok. There is not enough good things to say about him and how he cares for my mother. this has to do about his MA! She is rude and uncaring. if you have a question its like you just are bother to her. the times i have gone in it seems as though she is an emotional wreak and its stressful enough without adding that train wreck to the mix. i have heard and saw her arguing with her coworkers and once she degraded another i almost wanted to slap her. on one visit i asked for a cup of water for my mother from her 10 min passed and no water when i stepped out into the hall i saw the MA standing there and what looked like typing on her phone. the phlebotomist was passing and it was very obvious she was busy but she stopped to see if i need something i asked for the water again and she got it right away. I hope Dr. Kwok address this because it is very bothersome, and i am not the only one felling this way.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kwok's for some time, and in that time I have been able to take the measure of this kind doctor and find him compassionate, caring, always reachable (ALWAYS!!) and extremely knowledgeable. I am a severe critic, expecting much from the people I see in their professional capacities, and I can say without reservation that Dr. Kwok is top notch. I recommend this wonderful doctor, this empathetic and wise human being, to anyone without reservation. I might add I have only had the best experience with Dr, Kwok's staff as well.

I am a former patient of Dr. Kwok's when he was in practice with Dr. Zewail. Sometimes when I would go for appointments at that time I saw one doctor or the other. I don't know how that was determined. All I know is that Dr. Kwok was an excellent doctor, took time to listen, got me off Xanax and onto a much more appropriate medication, which has saved my life. I have fibromyalgia and some very complicated associated syndromes, all of which Dr. Kwok understood. He offered medications for symptom relief, but he did not FORCE me to take them, and understood my justifications for not doing so. I don't know how I ended up with Dr. Zewail when the partnership split, I just did. He continued to keep me on my one current medication that helps a variety of symptoms to keep it simple, but is now out of practice for the time due to problems of embezzlement by his office manager and other unclear issues. I have no where to go, and am in deep tapioca because I cannot abruptly stop this medication.… Before I found Dr. Kwok/Dr. Zewail, I had been rejected by many doctors for being "too complicated and challenging" patient - something neither Dr. Kwok nor Dr. Zewail ever said, and I wish Dr. Kwok would take me back. I could care less about the attitudes of the staff. I can live with that. It is the Doctor and his approach to medicine, his willingness to listen and learn from his patients as much as they learn from him that counts. I am sure if anyone had a blood test result that was a serious red flag, Dr. Kwok would notify the patient immediately to come into the office for a plan of action. He is very tech-savvy, and it wouldn't surprise me a bit if he eventually allows a person to view their results on-line while stile adhering to privacy laws, much as the Cleveland Clinic does. Those of you who are patients - CONSIDER YOURSELVES VERY LUCKY. If I had the nerve to call his office to ask for an appointment, I would. I have been in such a state of shock over what has happened to Dr. Zewail that I am afraid no one will take me on as a patient.

I was very sick and due to my insurance I had little option which worked out for my advantage. The 1st place that I called that accepted my insurance was Dr. Kwok at Adult Geriatrics of Wooster. My 1st experience was a great one. The receptionist was very warm and inviting even though she was clearly juggling many tasks at once. I waited a short time before called back by a pleasant assistant who I must say took the time to listen to me and explain everything she was doing and questions she was asking and why. She was delightful moments after she left the Doctor came in. What a surprise! He was very warm and funny too. He listened to me although he was typing in his computer you would not know it. He communicated with me the entire time. He examined me and ordered some tests for me. Before I left all my referral appointments were made already. I didn't have to call in days later to remind them after they had forgotten like my previous Doctors office. A one days later, I returned and… got the same experience. When I was in there I just thought I was sick but Dr. Kwok was suspicious of possible pneumonia when I returned the very next day he broke the news to me but said that I wouldn't have to go into the hospital. He introduced to me his IV nurse. She gave me and IV with medicine in it and I don't know if it was just me or not but I felt better before the IV was through. He did ask me to return again the following day but if I followed his instructions it would keep me out of the hospital. I did and he was right. Now I am good as new. I truly will be happy to spread the word about Dr. Kwok and his staff. Not that I want to go to the doctor but if I had to I would look forward to going back there what a great group of kind, educated and talented people.
