Dr. Tai Lee H Temple, MD

My husband is hospitalized at Harrington in Southbridge. Dr. Temple took the time to explain his care and ensure that the medications, My Chart notes and daily care were in the best interest of the patient ( who is a very complex case with multiple issues) She strives to do what is best for a patient and it shows.

I was recently had an extended hospital stay and Dr. Temple was amazingly smart and professional. With everything going on with Covid, I was surprised how attentive she was and clearly laid out decisions and choices.

Unfortunately this site makes you give a star rating and negative 10 was not an option. I have had the misfortune of working with this "doctor". She has no bedside manner and has told patients that their lives are not worth saving and has a habit of patients dying under her care. She also has a habit of over ordering unnecessary tests and putting patients through unnecessary procedures, and denying care to patients with no health insurance. She was let go from her hospital and sadly rehired. If you find yourself at Harrington Hospital under the "care" of Dr Temple, a.k.a "Dr. Death" as she is now known around the hospital, you should request another doctor during your visit. Although she may have graduated from a medical school, please keep in mind when caring about your own health, in every medical school, someone graduated at the bottom.

This doctor is absolutely terrible. When we found out that my dad had cancer, she came into his room and told us his life was not worth the time or money to say save and to "just put him into hospice". She said this all in front of my father who then woke up and asked if he was dyeing. I hope she gets her licence taken away, she wouldn't even try to treat him and had my family in tears
