Dr. Tajuddin M Jiva, MD

I was denied a disability claim based on his report. My lungs don't function well, my oxygen drops below dangerous levels, constant shortness of breaths and therefore, constant fatigue. I am totally not capable to of doing my job, especially when I can not breath. Also, I was lied that he discussed my condition with my pulmonologist and faxed the findings to them etc... nothing was done, he decided that I can do my job even when I can't breath. Wait till God does justice with this doctor.

My disability claim was denied because Dr.Jiva stated there was I had no functional impairment to do my job. I answer phones for 8 hours a day yet I have no voice due to a lung and throat medical issue my real doctor and I are working on. Yet according to Dr.Jiva I'm fine to take calls with no voice and was never examined by him. Not sure how that's supposed to work at all....

He must get paid well to continue to screw patients o er with their disability claims.

I work for a company a DME provider company and I just called to verify to see if a patient has scheduled or had a follow-up appointment and the woman the doctor's assistant who answered the phone was very rude she was yelling at the top of her lungs she was giving out fake and false information regarding a specific patient this was a matter of life and death for the patient because the patient is on a CPAP machine and she kept asking why are y'all calling we don't babysit the patient I mean she gave me so much false information on the patient then after 5 minutes of going back and forth with her she finally looked up the patient's account and told me the patient did have a follow-up appointment but before that or prior to that she didn't even pull up the patient's account and look up anything and I don't think that this assistant needs to be working I don't think the doctor needs to be working because when I call the doctor on another number that they have provided for the doctor he… answered the phone very rudely as well and ask the doctor assistant said this is how they handle things and if they are handling things in a very rude and unprofessional manner then I think his practice needs to be shut down for giving a false fake rulli information!!!!!!

I am an attorney in California. My client sustained a brain injury in 2015. Since then he became suicidal. He has been brought back from this by consistent, professional psychological help. Zurich Insurance Company asked Dr. Jiva, a pulmonologist with no apparent psychological training outside of medical school, to review a few, not all, the medical records and decide as a Utilization Review doctor whether my client in California should continue to receive psychological care. Assuming Dr. Jiva looked at the medical records and not simply the summaries of the medical records, he still decided to cut off any future psychological care for my brain injured client WITHOUT EVER SEEING my client. My client is doing better because of the psychological care he has received and needs ongoing psychological care as a backstop for dealing with the changes in his personality and abilities caused by his brain injury. My question for the doctor is whether God died and appointed him judge of… whether a person receives life preserving treatment.

Dr tajuddin cancelled my physical therapy after rotator cuff surgery. Instead of resolving the paperwork issue with my dr,he just cancel coverage. Now I have to appeal and wait 60 days for a answer.

If he can help my problem I don't have any problem waiting. For me he has helped me get better. A relative needed to see him. She was given a appointment right away and took care of her also.
