Just horrible, sitting here for hours when appointment was 9:15. Office staff fails to inform the 25 people waiting in office, not to mention the patients waiting in thw backthat the dr. Had to go back to hospital to do surgery. REALLY!!!!. So money is very important to this dr., otherwise his patients waiting and waiting dont count, but I'm surw if your late on paying your bill, the office staff will make it a point to keep his numerous patients informed . obviously he makes his own agenda and we don't count. The only reason he is so busy because there is not another place to go and he knows it. We don't count

I was told by the PA, not the doctor that I needed a Epidural steroid injection. They use Propofol to sedate you. My sedation was administered by a "trained", Medical Technician. The doctor wasn't in the procedure room when I was given the propofol. I was told oh, hes on his way from his office. I remember hearing them say, "Dr. Chowdhury ready in the OR". Is that legal to do sedation this way? I could have had a bad reaction, or stopped breathing,....no doctor in the room to assist? Never going back!!!

Facility waiting area lacks comfort and good support for patients seating. Dr us very inconsiderate and cheap since most of the seating is lowsy an lacking support for patients with back pain. Hope Dr changes this set up soon!

The way they schedule people is a mess and shows no regard for the patient's time. There will be 15-20 people all scheduled for 9 am and there are only 5 pre-procedure areas and one procedure area. I went a total of 4 times and 2 of those times I left after more than 2 hours and not being seen, the other 2 times I did wait and it was 2:15 and 2:45. Mind you, that's not to be done with the injections, that's to get to the back and get prepped for the procedure. Add another 2 hours before being done. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

He is awesome, after 1ten years of pain management, that was usually as painful as the pain I was seeking relief from, I have found a awesome doctor that doesn't cause me additional pain while treating my pain.
