Dr. Takahiro Otsuka, MD

My experience with Dr. Otsuka was the best doctor experience I have ever had! He spent an hour & a half looking over my last ten years of medical history. Dr Otsuka took the time to listen to me, asked many questions & really made me feel like my health needs were important to him. Finally an experienced MD detective on my case, that genuinely cares & is determined to find real solutions to the very real issues I’ve struggled with for so long without answers. Thank you so much Loma Linda, Dr Otsuka and the entire medical team! You all have been the most wonderful people at every turn. I’m extremely thankful. God bless you!

Called numerous times to schedule an appointment. I was unable to get a hold of anyone and had to leave voicemails only. I never received a call back.

The office doesn't answer the phone...ever! They don't respond to fax or letters. The doctor seemed okay, only visited once. However, the set up for an imagining appointment and never followed through with getting the approval from insurance company. Now can't get ahold of anyone. 17 messages left, two faxes and one letter sent in mail.

Getting threw on the phone is next to impossible. I waited in the back room so long I had to leave. Staff very unfriendly.

They never answer the phone. They never return calls. Wait times are unacceptable. After two visits we pulled our records from them and got a referral to another doctor.

This is absolutely one of the best Endocrinologist we have been to. my daughter has been a diabetic for almost 9 years, he is working with her to get her sugars under control and other things we were told was nothing and don't worry, he spent five minutes and knew exactly what was wrong and what we needed to do to help her. He is fantastic!!!

Have YET to be seen on time. Its a guarantee of an hour and a half (minimum) of waiting time, despite being one of the first 5 patients (or even the first) of the day. He only goes off the blood tests. His visit notes are always the same, he just deletes and adds where needed, like a "template". Fortunately, I have my PCP get orders and authorizations, otherwise I would not have gotten this far in my treatment. Definitely not a quality choice. ABSOLUTELY NOT A QUALITY FACILITY!!! NO STARS, but it is a "required field".

No calls from the staff after they canceled my appointment . Watin for 6 month for my thyroid results . In the meantime I wait with a bad thyroid being sick now for a long time . No help as of yet . What's with the Dr's in the high desert is this were there go after they don't do a good job in a big city . Must get the heck out of this town .

The physician and his staff have been nothing but courteous. He spends time explaining the diagnosis and treatment options.
