Incompetent office staff. They don't care about anything. After having to call office 30+ times you will finally get a hold of someone. Don't bother leaving a voicemail you won't get a call back. Dr will spend 2 mins with you in office and send you on your way.

Dr.Faris been treating my mom for almost 20 years managing her symptoms. I highly recommend Dr.Faris if you are in Florida looking for the best Endocronologist in the area.

Dr Faris is one of the best doctors I’ve had. He is kind and patient and very thorough. I never feel rushed with. He makes sure to go through everything with me, and makes me feel comfortable with my issues. He has a rare trait that I haven’t seen in most doctors - the ability to patiently explain why I might be having the medical problem, what he is thinks of the issue, and why he is recommending the medical recommendations he is. This helps me understand and lessens my worries. Most other doctors do not usually have this type of attitude, so I greatly appreciate it. He is also very responsive.

I really like Dr Faris. He is very knowledgeable and well-educated. He knows what he is talking about. I've seen him for many years now. I would certainly recommend him to a friend.

Dr. Faris is a great doctor, his staff on the other hand isn't good at their jobs at all. He use to have great staff. My boyfriend has been seeing him for years but when you call you almost always get the voicemail and either it takes 3 weeks to call you back or you don't get a call back. Next appointment i'm going in and letting Dr. Faris know. I bet he is loosing a lot of patients and doesn't even know why.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE office. You will never be able to get through. I have been trying for days to get a prescription filled and NO ONE will call back. You will never be able to get your blood test results, make an appointment or have meds refilled. This is not a real doctor's office. It is a very shady place. You will not get proper care Dr. Faris works out of the hospital so that's where he is most of the time. He should not be scheduling office visits. There is no staff to assistant in picking up the phone and attending to the patients. I'm Doing you a huge favor FIND ANOTHER ENDOCRIN! Just try and call the office and see what I mean!!

I was having a problem and called Dr. Faris office twice and left a message once to have him call me back. I was having a reaction to medication he prescribed.. That was over a month ago and he has never called me back. I stopped the medication due to the reaction I was getting to it and did not want any more complications. Who knows what would have happened had I not stopped the med. Very poor follow up in a severe case with a problem. Have since changed doctors.

Dr. Faris is a good Dr., However, it's very difficult to get in touch with the office. I almost never can get through on the phone, normally I only get the answering machine. I never know if the issue I have called about has been taken care of. There is only one staff member, who seems very indifferent about things. It's very difficult to get Prescriptions refilled, because I can almost never get anybody to answer the phone.
