MEET DR. TALBIR SINGH
Dr. Singh is a general dentist with a special interest in IV Conscious Sedation Dentistry.
A person ultimately responsible for listening to you, creating your individual treatment plan, and applying his skills to create your smile. A committed and experienced dentist. He is very passionate about his profession and provides uncompromised quality and personalized attention to his patients. He takes great pride in providing a wide range of dental procedures with a gentle hand. Some of the best compliments received by him from patients have been about his gentle hand and caring attitude and taking his time to explain all the options available to his patients. Patient education and patient care are some of his highest priorities. He is excellent with children and children just adore him.
Dr. Singh graduated from University of Detroit, School of Dentistry in 1994. Pursuant to that he completed the one year Post-Graduate General Practice Residency at Faxton-St. Luke's …Healthcare Hospital. His dedication and commitment at his residency program earned him a Director's position at Mohawk Valley St. Luke's Dental Clinic where he provided both clinical duties to the underprivileged patients and supervised the future dentists while doing their Residency at Faxton-St. Luke's Hospital. In 2002, Dr. Singh opened his own private practice, All Valley Smiles, Inc. at Ilion to continue serving the residents of Mohawk Valley. Additionally, Dr. Singh attended Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry to get training in IV Conscious Sedation Dentistry. The NY State Dental Association only issues permits to trained dentists who have met the requirements of special training in advanced cardiac life support, EKG, pulse oximeter and blood pressure monitoring. Dr. Singh is one of the 1% of general dentists in New York and nationwide who is authorized by the NY State Dental Board to administer IV Sedation.
Dr. Singh is a member of American Dental Association, New York Fifth District Dental Society, and Oneida-Herkimer Dental Association. He is also a member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, a nationally accredited organization. Dr. Singh also served as the Chairman of Faxton-St. Luke's Dental Program and is currently volunteering as an attending dentist for this program.
Dr. Singh is a firm believer in continuing education and keeps himself abreast with the latest in the field of dental science. He has taken advanced courses in the field of Sedation Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Cosmetic Dentistry, Implantology, Prosthodontics and Endodontics. Dr. Singh has had extensive training and experience with cosmetic procedures including Porecelain Veneers, Lumineers, and IV Conscious Sedation.
